|  LIFELINE HOME FELLOWSHIPS

 

At Victorious Life Church, we value relationships.  In fact, it is our firm belief that the way of Jesus is relational.  Disciples are not made by programs or events, but through relationship.  Therefore, we take seriously the development of home fellowships throughout every region within our ministry scope and reach. To help explain the process through which we are making solid followers of Jesus, we have summed up several key phases:

WIN: New believers are added to the church through personal evangelism, church services, and other meeting venues.

CONSOLIDATE: New believers and new co-laborers are "plugged in" to the church through a consolidation process. Through retreats and classes, they will be helped to encounter God in a deeper way with teachings on inner healing, deliverance, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the vision and purpose of the Church.

DISCIPLE: After completing the consolidation process, the new disciple enters the School of Leaders , which consists of three ten -week trimesters of study. During the second trimester, the students will open their own cells but will also continue meeting in their original cells, which now become their leadership, or G-12, groups.

SEND: As an individual progresses, they will open their own cell and begin to develop their twelve, taking them through each step of the process of the vision: winning, consolidating, discipling, and eventually sending them "to make disciples of all nations."
